	RELEASE OF SPECIAL COVER & BIOGRAPHY OF THE FOUNDER TRUST ON HIS 110TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY The Department of Post and Telegraph is releasing a Special Commemorative Cover and a cancellation stamp of Late Pt. Girdhari Lal Salwan, on 5th December, 2011, his 110th Birth Anniversary. The biography of the founder would also be released on this occasion.
