DLF Pramerica, Life Insurance Company: Manav Bansal of Class XI received the PRAMERICA- Spirit of the Community award for demonstration of exceptional services to the community. He was presented with a citation and Bronze medal from DLF Pramerica, Life Insurance Company.
Award Ceremony of TERI: The Salwan Team comprising of six students, Mrs. Rekha Lalla and Mrs. Mala Kapoor participated in the Award Ceremony of TERI wherein Manav Bansal, Class XI was felicitated and he gave away the Awards to the Current Tetra Pack student ambassadors.
YOUTHINK GREEN’ AND CSE: A group of twelve students and three teachers visited Wolfsburg, Germany. The project is undertaken in collaboration with the organization ‘YOUTHINK GREEN’ AND CSE –Project of Volkswagen. Their stay included the following:-
Waste Management: Priya Keswani of Class XI participated in the STEP programme under project SEARCH which is a TERI-TETRA PAK initiative. This programme aimed at creating awareness on the issue of waste management and promotion of 4 Rs-Refuse, Reuse, Reduce and Recycle in our daily lives.
Times NIE Journalism Workshop: Akshita Dhawan and Afshan Nabi, Class XI attended Times NIE Journalism Workshop for two weeks during the month of June. Mr. Allen O’ Brien the Resource Person familiarized them with media-skill’s.
Stock Market Trading: Sahib Chopra of Class XI secured country level position and won a cash prize of `10,000/- . He excelled in competition on Stock Market Trading and also made a presentation at BSE.
Science Talent Search Examination & TATA Building India School Essay Competition: Utkarsh of Class XI got 28th rank in Delhi in the Junior Science Talent Search Examination. He also received first rank in Delhi Senior Category TATA Building India School Essay Competition. He received a certificate, trophy and a handi-cam.
27th National Spic-Macay Convention: 27th National Spic-Macay Convention was held at Mangalore. A group of 11 students along with Mrs. Shobha Banerjee attended the Convention.
All India Essay Writing Event: Abhishek Kwatra and Tushar Sharma participated in the All India Essay Writing Event, Category -2 and were awarded a trophy and certificate of appreciation.
