Reyansh Sehgal, a student of class II-A, Salwan Junior School, Naraina participated in the National Science Talent Search Examination (NSTSE) (2022-23) and secured an impressive score of 93%. His outstanding performance earned him the 5th rank in his state and the 254th rank at the national level. The school Headmistress, Ms. Sonia Wadhwa, proudly appreciated Reyansh’s achievement in the school assembly and congratulated him.
Visit to Science Fair of MCD Schools
‘Science is curiosity. We all have natural curiosity. Science is a process of investigating. It’s posing questions and coming up with a method. It’s delving in’.
Salwan Junior School, Naraina organised an educational exchange programme on 26 April 2023 for students of Class V wherein they attended ‘Science Fair of MCD Schools’. They got an opportunity to interact with the learners of all the MCD schools and witness exhibits of scientific projects. They were mesmerised by the innovative models prepared by the students. In this exhibition, the school building was used as a teaching aid. Students were impressed by the hard work and stupendous efforts made by primary school students. Our students presented them with badges specially designed under the guidance of the school principal, Ms. Sonia Wadhwa, as a token of appreciation.
