Salwan Boys’ Senior School’s NCC Marching Contingent, led by Cadet Shivam Kumar, won the top spot at the NCC Annual Zonal Drill Competition 2023 held at Ramjas Sports Complex on September 14. The event saw marching contingents from 43 schools of Zone 28. The excellent performance at zonal level has earned our school the coveted spot to participate in the state-level competition.
SPORTS ACHIEVEMENTS - VOLLEYBALL
The sub-junior boys’ team secured third place in the Under 14 Zonal Level Volleyball Competition, showcasing their talent and determination.
The junior boys’ team also stood at third place in the Under 16 Zonal Level Volleyball Competition, demonstrating their impressive skills and sportsmanship in the tournament.
The senior boys’ team dominated the Under 19 category at the Zonal Level Volleyball Competition, clinching the coveted first position. Their performance has made us all proud, and will serve as a source of inspiration for the junior and sub-junior teams.
The junior boys Under 16 team proudly represented Zone 28 at the Delhi State Level Volleyball Competition held at Pitampura Sports Complex, and put up an excellent display of their skills and sportsmanship.
