  3. Plan, Prepare, and Present a Lesson: Participants practiced developing lesson plans, selecting instructional materials, and delivering engaging and effective presentations.
  4. NEP 2020: The National Education Policy 2020 was discussed, highlighting its key principles and implications for teacher training and professional development.
  5. Competency-Based Education: Participants gained insights into competency-based education, which focuses on developing students’ skills and abilities rather than solely on knowledge acquisition.
  6. Professional Standards of Learning: The program emphasized the importance of adhering to professional standards in teaching and assessment to ensure quality learning experiences.
  7. Assessment, Validation, and Evaluation: Participants explored various assessment methods and learned how to validate and evaluate student learning effectively.

Impact of the TOT Program

The TOT program empowered participants to become confident and skilled trainers. By acquiring the necessary techniques and skills, participants are now well-equipped to conduct 50 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for other educators, as outlined in the NEP 2020. This will contribute to the overall improvement of teaching

The Training of Trainers program organized by CBSE and ISTM was a valuable experience for participants. By providing a comprehensive understanding of effective training methodologies and the principles of the NEP 2020, the program has equipped participants to play a vital role in enhancing the quality of education in India.

We are pleased to announce that one of our teacher, Ms.Sarita Dahiya has been selected to serve as a facilitator for the upcoming Professional Learning Development Program (PLOP) cluster sessions scheduled monthly from September 2024. This recognition highlights not only the teacher’s exemplary skills and commitment to professional growth but also the school’s dedication to fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Objective of the PLDP Sessions:

The PLDP sessions aim to enhance the teaching-learning process by providing facilitators the opportunity to:

  • Share best practices in teaching and learning.
  • Engage in peer-led discussions and collaborative activities that build a stronger learning community.
  • Facilitate professional growth through reflective practices and continuous improvement.
  • Equip educators with modern teaching strategies that improve classroom

engagement and student outcomes.

As a facilitator, our teacher will be responsible for leading these dynamic sessions, ensuring that participants benefit from interactive and practical knowledge-sharing experiences. This role further emphasizes their leadership qualities and commitment to elevating the quality of education in our school and beyond.

This opportunity will enrich both personal development and the collective expertise within our institution as well.

Ridhaan Khurana and Vanika Bhatia, through a creative and educational presentation, captivated the audience with their knowledge of the keyboard—a vital gadget for modern technology.

  • Vanika Bhatia creatively dressed up with the keyboard keys, personifying the functionality and layout of the keyboard.
  • Ridhaan Khurana provided an engaging explanation of the significance of various keyboard keys, discussing their individual roles and importance in daily computer usage.

The innovative and insightful presentation by Ridhaan and Vanika earned them the Second Prize in the Gadget Gala event, a testament to their dedication, creativity, and teamwork.
